Employee Relations (Non-Union)
Peer Networking Group
This group is intended to assist employers with developing and maintaining positive employee relations. While its main focus will be with respect to non-union employers, all interested members are welcome.
The focus of the meetings will be to exchange information regarding developing practices to foster positive employee relations including such things as effective employee communications, positive employee relations, information concerning union organizing and how to deal with union organizing drives and certification applications and, in addition, any other relevant or interesting topics which members feel may be of assistance.
