Some of our Human Resource management strategies can be unique in the Non-Profit sector.  

The Non-Profit group meets with members throughout our community and is a time to share ideas and concerns.  We try to cover a topic each month, whereby we all bring our resources to the table and provide support if needed.  One of our goals is to build a network in the non-profit sector which will lead to support that is "a phone call away".
