Accurate member profiles are required to enable correct communication and for specific activities such as the Online HRPAO Membership Directory, mail-outs, e-mails and our own GVHRPA Membership Directory.  Currently, all the GVHRPA data is down-loaded from HRPAO on a monthly basis and we use that information for our newsletters, e-mail broadcasts and once a year for the GVHRPA Membership Directory.  Obviously, it is very important for HRPAO and GVHRPA to have correct information and timely updates.

Changes Over the Internet

Below are the steps to update your personal information via the HRPAO’s secure website:

1) Go to the HRPAO website at www.hrpao.org

2) Enter your Member ID# and Password on the left hand side of the     screen.

3) Click on the link with “Your Name” listed under Your Profile

4) Your current Member Profile will appear, to make changes click Edit

5) Make all necessary changes and then click Submit

This simple process allows members to control the information available to other members and to ensure correct communications from the HRPAO and GVHRPA. Please take 5 minutes to check and update your records
